Refund policy

Dapple Equestrian hopes you are completely happy and content with your new Dapple item(s). If you are not entirely satisfied, all items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. All items must be unused, in original condition, with all original hangtags intact. Items are returned at the customer's own expense and it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage and/or insurance for the items posted, as Dapple accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, the item must be returned at the customer’s own expense in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

Please note:

  • A new shipping fee will apply for sending out the replacement item.

  • Replacement items will not be dispatched until the original item has been returned and approved as being in saleable condition.

  • Items that are marked, used, or returned without original hangtags or packaging cannot be exchanged.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you are returning an item due to a fault, please contact us at info@dappleequestrian.com before returning the item.

The cost of postage will be refunded in full on all faulty items. Items that are returned due to the customer selecting an incorrect size and requiring an exchange for the correct size instead of a refund, the items are returned at the expense of the customer (as stated above) and an additional carriage fee will be incurred by the customer.


All returned items must be in saleable condition with original packing and hangtag intact. Items that are marked or damaged upon return can not be fully refunded.

Delivery
All online purchases require a signature for delivery. Please ensure to use a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for your purchase.


Unclaimed Parcels
Occasionally parcels we ship to the customer are not claimed and are returned to us. Items which are not claimed and for which we have received no contact from the customer within 14 days regarding failed delivery are non-refundable.

Payment Terms: Dapple Equestrian accepts online payments through a secure server by credit/debit card or through Paypal (see Privacy Policy).

Deliveries: 

Ireland & United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders over €80.
Ireland: Any order below €80 shipping charge of €5.99 applies

Rest of the World: No free shipping is available. 

Customs, duties, and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Ireland that can occur are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Dapple Equestrian refunds are paid through PayPal or Stripe (Credit Card) depending on your purchase. Dapple Equestrian does not refund the cost of delivery. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
